Sunday, August 17 Traditions worship service. This Sunday we will continue our sermon series, wholeHEARTed, inspired by Brené Brown’s bestselling book The Gifts of Imperfection: Let Go of Who You Think You’re Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are.  During this series, we will explore ten guideposts found in scripture for Wholehearted living to help us let go of who we think we are supposed to be and embrace who we already are. Pentecost

Sunday, June 8 Traditions worship service. Come join us this Sunday as we worship God and wait for the Holy Spirit to whoosh over ALL our people during our unified Pentecost Worship service. We will join together—English and Spanish speaking worshipers—unified in praise, welcoming those coming forward for baptism and membership, and celebrating our graduating students’ accomplishments. Wear red for our only worship service of the day and come expecting the currents of God’s Holy Spirit to move us to ministry in the world. Acts 2:1-21

Sunday, December 29 Traditions worship service. Join us this Sunday as we continue to celebrate the season of Christmas by reading the stories and singing the songs of the season. This tradition dates back over 100 years and is a White Plains favorite.

Christ the King Sunday

Youth Sunday, November 24 Traditions online worship service. This Sunday, we will have two in-person worship services: a contemporary service in the CLC from 9:30 – 10:15 a.m., focusing on Thanksgiving with Pastor Kelly Lyn preaching, and a Unified Youth Sunday service in the Sanctuary at 11:00 a.m., focusing on Christ the King Sunday. For the contemporary service, we continue to experiment with times as we look forward to resuming a regular weekly contemporary service at some point in early 2025 so we appreciate your feedback! Youth Sunday will feature music from our children and youth, the presentation of third-grade Bibles, and Reverend Jason Darden preaching. The Gospel of John

Sunday, October 20 Traditions online worship service. Join us this Sunday as we dive into the “I Am” statements in the Gospel of John. These are the moments where Jesus gives us glimpses of who He is—both in ways we can see and understand, and in ways that remain a bit of a mystery. Stepping into the Future with Jesus

Graduation Sunday, June 2 Traditions online worship service. For it is the God who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.  2 Corinthians 4:6 (NRSV) Come and see our high school and college graduates share the light of God that shines in their hearts!
