Remember to submit your reservation form at least one week before the date needed. Recurring reservations may only be completed for a maximum of one-year duration.
Ensure all fields in the form are accurately filled out before submission. In case your requested resource is unavailable, we will contact you via email to address any concerns.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful reservation completion.
Kindly note that this form exclusively handles facility reservations. If you wish to publicize your event, please utilize the separate “Submit an Event” form for inclusion in Church publications, on-line or electronic platforms.
