and find a place to serve in the church?

Please fill out the form below so that we can be in contact with you to make sure you have the opportunity to serve in areas that you are gifted and called for. If you haven’t already done so please take the Spiritual Gifts Assessment or refer to the hard copy you received from your class or group leader. Please note that the online tool requires you to create a username and password for the Ministry Matters website. Need a hard copy? Download a copy of the Spiritual Gifts Assessment Tool. When you finish simply fill out the Gifts-Based Service Profile and give it to your small group leader.

It is our goal that all our congregation would fill out one of these profiles so that we can live into our vision of a disciple-making church on mission for Christ.
