Who is SPRC and what is their job?
The Staff Parish Relations Committee (SPRC), is a diverse, 13-member, laity group who are called to serve as the personnel committee for the church. SPRC is responsible for making sure our church is adequately and appropriately staffed according to our call to be a disciple-making church on mission for Christ. SPRC also provides continuing education and training opportunities for the Ministry Team and helps our congregation pray for and support them.
