Rob is responsible for inward and outward communication at White Plains. He ensures that we have effective greeting and welcoming ministries so that people can find areas to serve in that match their calling and gifts.
Rob has been a member of White Plains since 1985. He and his wife Cheryl met as participants in the college-age class. Rob and Cheryl have a daughter, Victoria, born in 2001. After several years of volunteering with the youth Rob accepted the position of Director of Youth Ministries in 1998. Rob’s college experience includes the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduate work specializing in youth ministry at Pfeiffer University. In 2008, Rob received his Professional Certification in Youth Ministry through the General Board of Discipleship of the United Methodist Church. In 2015, Rob became a Licensed Local Pastor and was appointed to White Plains as the Pastor of Invitation and Engagement. In his spare time, Rob loves playing guitar, reading, and traveling.
