Every believer is on a lifelong journey of spiritual growth. Because we believe that we never stop developing our discipleship, White Plains offers an ever-growing variety of small group encounters for adults.
You may sign up for a study: (1) online at wpumc.com/register or (2) send an email to Rob Phillips.
You do not have to be a White Plains UMC member to join a study. We welcome everyone. Child care is available for all classes. Scholarships are available upon request. Learn more about our Adult Curriculum Library and our Amplify Media Service.

Light of Day Book Club : Meets monthly from September through May (omitting December) on the third Tuesday, 3:00–4:00 pm, normally at the church but temporarily from our homes via Zoom. Individual members take turns choosing the monthly selection. Discussions are unmoderated. We read both religious and secular books, fiction and nonfiction. Contact communications@wpumc.com to be added to the mailing list and notified of updates. More information at wpumc.com/bookclub. All are welcome!
Summer Nights Book Club : During the summer months of June, July, and August the club meets in the evenings. The three-book choices typically include one fiction and two non-fiction selections, one with a theological theme and another with a more secular focus. More information at wpumc.com/bookclub. If you have any questions, or if you would like to be added to the summer email list, please contact Melissa Edwards at bookclub@wpumc.com.
