Haiti : 2021 Update
Although no work teams were sent to Haiti in 2020 because of COVID and civil unrest, $9,500 was sent to the Mountains of Hope for Haiti program to help families in the rural town of Furcy purchase fertilizer and seed for their crops, support local school programs, and provide resources for a local health clinic. Peru : 2021 Update
No work teams were sent to Peru in 2020. $5,000 was sent to several churches in Peru to provide Sunday School supplies, a laptop computer for a local pastor, a Zoom contract for conducting worship services and classes, and meals for the elderly and children in three churches (Alimento de Amor Program – Food of Love). This latter program has continued into 2021. Learn more about our mission work in Peru.
