The Hispanic Worship Leader will oversee and lead the worship ministry for the White Plains UMC en Español (Familia), with a primary focus on music during Sunday morning services.
The role involves developing a vibrant, self-sustaining worship team, fostering spiritual growth through worship, and collaborating closely with the Latinx congregation pastor to craft meaningful worship experiences.
