Study

Bible Study is an important part of our Christian walk and an expression of who we are in Christ. The youth at White Plains meet regularly to discuss the impact of the Bible on our faith and our lives. We also encourage every youth to own a Bible (don't have one? -see Rob or Jen!) and read it daily. Our Senior High Bible Study rocks on Wednesday nights from 4:45 - 5:30PM during the traditional School year. Youth and adults take turns teaching and leading discussions about our faith and current issues. The study is followed by the evening service of communion in the Sanctuary from 5:30-6:00PM and we usually continue our discussions over our family fellowship dinner in the CLC from 6-6:45PM. There's also a Disciple Bible Study for youth on Tuesday nights from 7:00-8:45PM during the traditional calendar school year. Find out more on the Calendar.

Sunday School for all youth meets in two sessions every Sunday morning. - Sunday school 1 meets from 9:45 - 10:45AM downstairs in the CLC. We start with a short assembly in the large middle room (C104-108) and dismiss from there to classes.

Our confirmation class meets in the old youth room (C-111-113) For more information on Confirmation or if you're interested in joining the Church - contact us!

Sunday school 2 for all youth (the Mighty Doves Class) meets downstairs in the youth room from 11:00AM - Noon.

Finally, almost all UMYF meetings and retreats have time to study and process in small groups
